It is assumed that the commissioner has read the Terms and Conditions before payment.

I have the right to reject any commissions for any reason.

There will be an additional $15 USD charge if the character's designs are overly complex.

I will start on the commission only when I have received the full payment. In addition, there will be no refund once the commission has started (A full refund is given if at anytime I am unable to start on your commission).

The time it takes to complete a commission would be roughly around 1-3 weeks to 2 months depending on personal factors like family issues, school, and also how complex the piece is.

During the commissioning process, you are given 2 rounds of revisions, any other requests after those rounds will not be accepted.

I retain ALL copyrights over the commission piece

The commission is for __personal use__ ONLY (Commercial use or any business that allows the commissioner to gain a profit will NOT be allowed)

DO NOT claim the artwork as your own or make any alterations without my consent

Commission piece will be posted on my socials w/ watermark (Instagram, Twitter, etc.) unless commissioner request for the piece to not be posted with reason
